Narrow Knife

The cutting edge of the Narrow Knife is a versatile blade designed to slice and peel a variety of soft products. Its finely sharpened and durable edge results in a consistently smooth finish, while providing extended edge retention when used with properly matched sharpening wheels. The most standard knives in this product range are double-sharpened knives made of carbon steel.
