Food slicing blades

Simmons food slicing blades are made from the highest quality carbon steel with a hardened cutting edge for longer life. These blades are treated with food grade oils to protect them from corrosion. Designed for different types of machinery, Simmons blades are available in configurations: Knives, V-toothed blades and Scallop-tooth (concave wave) with precise tapered geometry for efficient cutting. Stainless steel blades are available by special order.

Simmons manufactures reciprocating slicing blades to fit most types of machines used for slicing meat and poultry products. tandard blades are produced from stainless steel and are available with four different cutting edges: Knife, Butcher (4TPI & 6TPI), Scallop and Mini-B. Our unique Mini-B blade is a convenient alternative to a standard knife. It saves time and money by eliminating sharpening problems.
