C-Tooth

-Tooth blades can be used for cutting firm and dense foams. This blade is more aggressive than standard V-tooth blades and provides a smooth, clean cut. The vertical edge of the C-Tooth is designed to enter the product first, providing a precise, clean cut. Another option is to run C-Tooth blades in the opposite direction for a gentler slicing action.

C-Tooth blades are available in configurations with 10 and 14 teeth per inch (TPI). Other configurations can be made for custom applications. To further enhance the versatility of the blade, Simmons offers a tooth setting option (teeth curved left and right of center) – an option available with both single and double toothed blades. This will help guide the blade smoothly in a straight line, even in the most complex applications.
