Special Notch
The Special Notch blade is a modified Knife Edge blade, featuring angled notches every 1/4″ (6.35mm). This improves penetration while providing a smooth and clean cut. Special Notch blades can be used in machinery with or without knife grinders, but a dust-free cut is required. However, machinery with functional knife grinders will resharpen and further extend the life of the blade.
Applications:
- Low to medium-density foam
- Non-woven materials
